Booking Sessions
Little Lions sessions and camps can be booked online through our website on a per-session basis. It is the responsibility of the enrolling parent or guardian to ensure their child is booked into a session appropriate for their age and ability level. Booking fees are neither refundable nor pro-rated. By registering in any of our sessions, members automatically accept present general conditions.
Make-up classes
For weekend sessions, Little Lions will offer an equivalent make-up class if a child is unable to make the session, AND we have been notified of the absence before the start of the session. It is necessary to inform us of the absence at the latest by 8am on the day of the scheduled session. Please email info@littlelionsluxembourg.com. Missed classes cannot be postponed to a later session. We do not refund or give credit for missed classes.

If you have chosen to receive our newsletter and promotional communications electronically, you will be informed in advance of our offers for weekend sessions, holiday camps and other activities. Access to the gymnasium at Michel Lucius (for Sunday Sessions)
Access to the gymnasium is exclusively reserved for children registered in the current class or accompanied by one adult during the Parent/Child classes. In order to guarantee the safety of your children, children must wear sports shoes, comfortable clothing, with long hair tied back. All adults in the room are also expected to be in appropriate footwear for the indoor setting. Footwear which would mark the floor (eg. heels) are strictly prohibited. Jewellery, food, drinks and chewing gum are not allowed in the gymnasium.
Safety and Image rights
In the lobby and when entering and leaving our premises, children are under the responsibility of the adult accompanying them. Little Lions will not be held responsible for any loss or theft before, during or after our sessions. Anyone filming or taking photographs in our centre should take care not to photograph or film other children, and should seek prior permission from other parents concerned. Little Lions will specifically ask permission from parents before taking and/or using any images or footage of children for promotional purposes.
