We are happy to announce of partnership with the Ecole Charlemagne in
Contern. Places must be booked in advance via; KidsClub HQ – see the link
below or you can use the QR Code on the poster.

(EN) Step by Step process:

1. Create an account.
2. Select ‘Mes Contrats’ at the top of the page.
3. Select a new reservation and select your class.
4. Create a new profile for your child or select an existing one.
5. Select the days when you would like to attend periscolaire and then
also when you would like the contract to start.
6. Submit the form and we will respond to you, to confirm the contract
details.
7. You will then receive an invoice prior to the start of each month at
periscolaire.
8. Due to high demand this will be first come first serve.
9. If you don’t book in advance your child will not be accepted, from
September 2025 there will no longer be an option for ad-hoc bookings.

(FR) Processus étape par étape :

1. Créez un compte.
2. Sélectionnez « Mes Contrats » en haut de la page.
3. Sélectionnez une nouvelle réservation et choisissez votre classe.
4. Créez un nouveau profil pour votre enfant ou sélectionnez un profil existant.
5. Sélectionnez les jours auxquels vous souhaitez inscrire votre enfant au périscolaire, ainsi que la date de début du contrat.
6. Soumettez le formulaire et nous vous répondrons pour confirmer les détails du contrat.
7. Vous recevrez ensuite une facture avant le début de chaque mois de périscolaire.
8. En raison de la forte demande, les places seront attribuées selon le principe du premier arrivé, premier servi.
9. Si vous ne réservez pas à l’avance, votre enfant ne pourra pas être accepté. À partir de septembre 2025, il ne sera plus possible de faire des réservations ponctuelles.
